About the role:
We are currently building our talent pool of Contractors interested in joining future strategic implementation projects. These temporary assignments typically last around 4 months and require working on-site at various client locations across the United States and potentially on international projects in other countries. As a Contractor, you will support the design and implementation of management solutions focused on improving client performance and delivering measurable results. You will work closely with client teams, applying structured methodologies, monitoring execution, and adapting strategies as needed to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the client's strategic goals and ensure alignment between project execution and organizational objectives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate structured insights and support decision-making.
• Evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Apply methodologies such as PDCA and SDCA to drive operational excellence.

• Manage tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Present project findings, action plans, and progress clearly and confidently to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide team members when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, project management, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, or Python is a plus.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are desirable.
Preferred Attributes:
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working independently and on diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively and work on-site with clients.
This role requires frequent national and international travel with on-site presence at client locations to implement projects. The Contractor will work directly with client teams, assess operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficiency.
