Job Summary:
Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a focused and motivated Data Analyst with 2 to 4 years of true full time data analytics experience, to join our growing team. This position will report to our Senior Director of Communications and Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of the full data cycle, from data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable strategies. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Complete full data cycle projects, including data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, visualization, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collect and analyze large data sets, identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to clearly present insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and monitor KPIs and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL) and data visualization software (Power BI).

  • Strong proficiency manipulating data with Excel-required, and Python-Strongly Recommended.
  • Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) - Strongly Recommended.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and building reports to non-technical stakeholders.
Physical Demands:
  • This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
