We are seeking an experienced, detail-minded data analyst consultant to join our global business development and strategy team. In this role, you will be embedded at Monks, serving as a critical partner dedicated to supporting one of our most prestigious, high-profile client accounts. If you look forward to untangling complex business problems, driving data-led strategy, and thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Note on Location & Structure: This is a contract role based out of Austin, Texas, with a hybrid schedule requiring you to be on-site 3 days per week.

About YouThe Skills & Toolkit You'll Bring:
  • 6+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics consultant role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or global client-facing environment.
  • Core Tech: Advanced SQL is required; scripting knowledge in Python/Shell is highly preferred.
  • Data Engine: Strong familiarity with database modeling, data warehousing principles, and using Trino for independent querying.
  • Data Viz: Experience building dashboards and data visualizations that tell a story (knowledge of Tableau, Superset, and SAP Business Objects is a plus).
