Job Title: Project Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting a major energy infrastructure project by coordinating site logistics, managing facilities, and providing essential administrative support. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of innovative infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site logistics and support services.
  • Manage project facilities and coordinate servicing and maintenance of portable toilets, handwashing stations, shower facilities, laundry services, site trailers, office spaces, security services, and cleaning services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office and site supplies as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers supporting site operations.
  • Track daily personnel attendance and workforce counts, and maintain accurate records of site personnel and visitor activity.
  • Compile and submit daily workforce reports and other required documentation.
  • Assist with maintaining site logs and project records.
  • Provide administrative support to the remote Office Administrator and project management team.
  • Assist with document management, data entry, filing, and record retention.
  • Coordinate meetings, site communications, and distribution of project information.
  • Support onboarding activities for new personnel, including site access and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or project support experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with workforce tracking, vendor coordination, or project reporting is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting construction projects, industrial facilities, or job site operations.
  • Familiarity with contractor workforce reporting and project documentation.
  • Experience working with project management teams and external vendors.

Work Environment
The role is based on an active construction site, requiring the ability to walk throughout the project site and access various work areas as needed. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Mojave, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
