Client is seeking a Web Developer/System Analyst to develop complex web based applications, system and data analysis and design. Must have experience with web development technologies such as PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, Dojo (JS Framework), HTML and CSS, as well as, FTP/SFTP, SSH, Subversion source control, and multiple environment development workflows. Perform complex requirements determinations and high-level system analysis, design, programming, documentation and implementation of complex applications. Candidate must have an active Security+ certification and an applicable Computing Environment certification within the technologies listed or have the ability to obtain them within 60 days of being on contract. The contract supports an Army system that is used in budgeting and execution of Army Military Construction Programs. The systems contains web-based applications that report and maintain data that is used throughout the Army and Congress. The system is used worldwide to meet the needs of Army Military Construction.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Experience with PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, JQuery, CSS Certifications or ability to achieve: Security + and Computing Environment
Experience Required
2 years or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
