Procurement Transformation Project Manager
About the Role
Seeking an experienced professional to lead procurement transformation initiatives, support system implementations, and drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvements. This role partners closely with procurement, shared services, and business stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and successful change adoption.
Work Environment
  • Lake Zurich, IL
  • Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end system implementations and process improvement projects.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and user adoption.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Support P2P standardization and optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement operations.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, project management, transformation, or enterprise implementations.
  • Experience leading full lifecycle transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of P2P processes and procurement operations.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP P2P, and shared services environments.

Preferred
  • PMI certification or formal project management training.
  • Shared services transformation experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $125.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
