How do our shifts work? Full time status 
Day Shift: 6:50 AM - 7:00 PM 
Night Shift: 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM 
*Openings on each shift
Schedule: 4 Days on 4 days off rotating schedule
Additional Hours of Overtime Available

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Operate blow-molding machines

  • Troubleshoot and adjust machines

  • Perform routine maintenance 

  • Adhere to customer specifications and work safely  

  • Must demonstrate safe work practices and competency to drive a powered industrial truck

  • Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies

  • LEVEL 1:

    • Run 1 molding machine platform and other support auxiliary equipment to ensure containers are produced within customer specification.  A level 1 Machine Technician will perform routine and reactive equipment maintenance to increase productivity and uptime.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

  • At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance or troubleshooting experience  
  • High School diploma or GED and equivalent reading, writing, basic math, and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and high level of comfort operating press machinery.
  • Capable of working independently, self-sufficiently, and productively with little supervision.
  • Eager to support fellow members in keeping the facility and its equipment clean, neat, and well-maintained.
  • Familiarity with basic computer functions and Microsoft office applications.
  • Experience using Apple iPad devices and applications preferred.
  • Must be able to provide own basic set of tools.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Active, multi-tasker, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs and working in warm and cool temps.
  • Dependable and on time.
