Job Summary:
The Custom Group of Companies is seeking an experienced SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio Developer with AI skills to design and deliver intelligent, scalable, and automated business solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role involves enterprise solution development with modern AI capabilities, focusing on creating smart SharePoint solutions and automated workflows to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Build end to end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI and integrate applications in a complex enterprise ecosystem
• Develop reusable custom components and frameworks to optimize developer productivity across the Power Platform.
• Use of PowerShell, Graph API, and automation scripts for environment provisioning, lifecycle management, and integrations across M365 services.
• Partner with Technical Platform Owners to define technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and architectural patterns for platform enablement.
• Design, build, and deploy AI powered copilots using Copilot Studio and integrate with Power Automate to improve productivity and assist in resolve business use cases
• Evaluate, modernize, and redesign existing applications and workflows using AI driven optimizations to meet evolving business needs.
• Architect and implement SharePoint Online sites, content structures, governance models, and workflow automations.
• Develop enterprise scale solutions using SPFx, React, and modern frontend frameworks, incorporating AI insights where appropriate.
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform and Copilot solutions to streamline document processing, approvals, and collaboration.
• Create wireframes, proofs of concept, prototypes, AI models, and mockups to validate solution approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable and supportable technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience design/developing solutions in Sharepoint/Powerplatform eco system
• 5+ years building solutions in the Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Power Pages).
• 5+ years developing in SharePoint Online, including SPFx development and M365 ecosystem integrations.
• 3+ year of .Net development experience to building Web APIs in Azure ecosystem
• Must have - Power Platform Developer/ Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Must have – UI/UX Javascript certifications
• Must have - Azure fundamentals
• Hands on experience with Copilot Studio, generative AI, AI Builder, prompt engineering
• Strong programming skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation and platform integration.
• Strong understanding of modern M365 governance, security, and solution architecture best practices.
Preferred:
• Bachelors in Computer science preferred or related in IT field or equivalent.
