A well-established, nationally recognized organization in the construction and materials industry is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Accounts Payable Support professional to assist with a critical ERP system implementation project. Position Overview
The Data Entry / AP Support Specialist will play a key role in preparing supplier data for migration into a new ERP system. This position involves reviewing, organizing, and validating financial documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and organize vendor records in preparation for ERP system migration
  • Locate and verify supplier documentation, including:
    • Invoices
    • W-9 forms
  • Ensure all vendor files are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Maintain organized digital records and tracking systems
  • Utilize Excel to manage and validate data sets
  • Follow direction while also working independently to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Comfortable working with Excel and large data sets
  • Capable of taking direction and working independently
  • Positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset
Preferred (but not required):
  • Background in Accounts Payable or financial data entry
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Fully onsite position
  • Flexible start time (early morning preferred; around 7:30-8:00 AM or earlier)
  • Flexible lunch schedule
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: Approximately $23/hour
  • Benefits offered, including:

    • Paid Time Off starting at 2 weeks

This role is tied to a high-impact ERP implementation project. Based on business needs, there may be an opportunity to transition into an Accounts Payable Specialist position upon project completion.
