Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and monitor chemotherapy, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and symptom management.
  • Manage infusion pumps and infusion center operations.
  • Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient response to treatments.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Handle and care for central lines and implanted ports effectively.
Qualifications
  • Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in California.
  • 2-3 years of outpatient oncology experience required.
  • BLS and ONS certification required.
  • Proficient in using Epic for charting and patient documentation.
  • Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patient education and care coordination.
