Precast Erection Quality Control InspectorÂ
Location: Haskell, TX 79521Â
Schedule: 10 hrs. x day Monday - Saturday  Â
Hourly Rate:Â $30Â per hourÂ
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading precast concrete manufacturer to hire a Precast Erection Quality Control Inspector to support field erection operations by verifying installation quality, tolerances, and connections per approved drawings, project specs, and PCI standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to work closely with erection crews and site leadership to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality installs.Â
Precast Erection Quality Control Inspector Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect precast erection activities to ensure compliance with approved erection drawings, shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify plumb, level, alignment, elevation, and tolerances of installed precast components.
- Inspect and document connections including welded and bolted assemblies; confirm type, size, and placement match drawings/specs.
- Confirm bracing/temporary supports are installed per erection plans and maintained as required.
- Identify deficiencies/non-conforming work, communicate issues to supervision, and track corrective actions through completion.
- Complete daily QC documentation including inspection reports, punch lists, photos, and quality logs.
- Coordinate with production/field leadership, contractors, and third-party inspectors as needed to resolve quality concerns.
- Follow all safety requirements and maintain strong jobsite awareness (PPE, site hazards, safe work practices).Â
Precast Erection Quality Control Inspector Qualifications & Requirements:Â
- 3–5+ years of experience in precast erection, structural concrete, or related construction inspection/QC.
- Ability to read and interpret erection drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and field installation requirements.
- Experience inspecting welds/bolts/connections and verifying installation tolerances.
- Strong documentation skills (reports, punch lists, photo documentation) and professional communication.
- Comfortable working in an active jobsite environment (heights, outdoor conditions, walking/standing, lifting as needed).
- Familiarity with PCI standards is a plus.
- Certifications such as ACI, AWS, PCI are a plus.Â
