Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily pharmaceutical operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Ensure safe, effective dispensing and supervision of medication orders.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to minimize stockouts.

  • Provide clinical guidance to staff on drug interactions and dosages.

  • Document and report key performance indicators to track progress.

  • Mentor and develop junior pharmacists to foster continuous growth.

  • Analyze sales pipelines and set territory-based targets for growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pharmacy operations with business goals.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Engage with vendors and suppliers to optimize pricing and delivery schedules.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Pharmacist license valid in applicable jurisdiction with supervisory authority.

  • Experience leading daily dispensing operations and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosages, and clinical guidance.

  • Inventory management experience to minimize stockouts and optimize procurement.

  • KPI tracking and reporting—ability to document and elevate performance metrics.
