Job description

Pays Hourly Wage. In this position you can learn how to do nail trims and nail grinds to service walk in clients. You will keep 100% of tips earned from completing these basic walk in services.
Exceptional Full Time Receptionist may be eligible for promotion to Administrative Assistant where you will serve as the Right Hand person for the Manager and Assistant Manager and assume more complex responsibilities.
The receptionist for Little Jenna's Grooming is one of the most important roles in the business. You are the first contact for many prospective clients. You will be charged with providing exceptional customer service to ensure the most positive first impression possible. In this position you must learn the basics about grooming in order to better assist satisfying client inquires. Acquiring general knowledge of the grooming process and our systems will allow you to better assist your team and our wonderful clients.
Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and screen phone calls
  • Learn about dogs to effectively schedule them
  • Learn our client base to personalize their services, i.e their dog's name, breed, last time serviced, ect.
  • Organize and schedule meetings as needed
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
  • Ordering Supplies as directed by management
  • Assist in organizing events and being the liaison for external organizations.
  • Keep digital records and work spaces organized and accessible to management
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
  • Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
  • Time-management and organizational skills
