Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
The General Production Worker (Production Operator I) works as part of a collaborative team to produce high‑quality electronic equipment in a dynamic, state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environment. In this role, you flex between different tasks and work areas, becoming proficient across assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and material movement activities. You handle small parts, follow written work instructions, and use computers to support efficient, accurate production processes.

The environment is arranged like a football field, starting in one end zone with raw materials, moving through SMT and AOI machines, then into the assembly and hand‑add area, and finally ending in packaging and shipping. You will primarily work in the assembly/hand‑add area, which involves both seated and standing tasks, handling small parts, and using hand tools and computers. The facility is clean, modern, and designed to support efficient workflows and a comfortable daily work experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
