Job description

As a Warehouse Operations Technician, you’ll support daily warehouse execution by ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and a clean, safe work environment. This role is hands‑on and process‑driven, contributing directly to operational performance and customer delivery. You’ll work onsite in San Carlos and report to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick, stage, and fulfill orders from assigned stock locations.
  • Put away incoming materials into designated bin locations with accuracy and care.
  • Perform periodic cycle count audits to support inventory accuracy.
  • Retrieve return‑to‑stock materials and ensure proper re‑binning.
  • Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and material flow.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Identify and support process improvements within warehouse operations.
  • Communicate order status and issues to management.
  • Generate and maintain bin labels using label matrix software.
  • Perform inventory and order research using ERP systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
