Overview

We are partnering with a well-established, U.S.-based manufacture known for producing high-quality, durable storage and equipment solutions used by public, safety teams, athletes, and industrial professionals. Their products are proudly manufactured in Minnesota with a strong focus on craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term customer relationships.
Position Summary  

As the Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role supports warehouse operations through inventory, shipment processing, and safe material handling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Load/unload trucks and move materials using a sit-down forklift  
  • Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments for carriers (UPS, LTL, etc.)  
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organize materials within the warehouse  
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and schedule pickups with carriers  
  • Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly  
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment  
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience  
  • Sit-down forklift experience required (certification preferred)  
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a physically active environment  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and documentation  
  • Basic computer/data entry skills (ERP/WMS experience is a plus)  
  • Ability to follow processes, work independently, and communicate effectively
  • Experience with international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, customs paperwork, etc.)  
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment  
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP platforms
  • PPE required: Steel toes, eyewear, hearing protection  
Employment Type & Compensation
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
  • Compensation: $22.00 per hour
  • Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
  • 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Occasional Friday OT
