Job description

The Tanker Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating tanker vehicles to transport materials to and from job sites while following all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Compensation: Job Type: Full-time - $25H / Overtime DOE

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely operate tanker truck and related equipment
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues
  • Complete pretrip and posttrip DOT inspections
  • Accurately complete daily paperwork and logs
  • Load and unload materials safely
  • Follow dispatcher and supervisor instructions
  • Work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
  • Travel and work flexible hours, including nights, overtime, and weekends as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience
  • Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements
  • Must have CDL endorsements-Tanker (N)
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Valid DOT medical card
  • Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours as required
  • Must pass drug testing
  • Must be able to work under the Head of AZ Travel
  • Experience transporting hot liquids
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Manual transmission Required
