EM Way is hiring solo/team OOs (must have power unit trailer OR rent one of our trailers for low-cost).

Your company, your choice. Non-forced or self-dispatch options. The revenue that you earn is based on where you run, type of freight you haul (van, flatbed, reefer, or step-deck), and how often you go home. Call 877-460-0640 to discuss options.

EM Way offers various contract options to best serve each OO’s needs.

  • 98% of the Gross
  • 90% of the Gross
  • 80% of the Gross

(Current solos are earning between $6-10K a week.)

Requirements
  • Must have a CDL A.
  • Must have a Sleeper Truck or willing to rent a Ryder truck through us (no lease purchases available).
  • Must have a trailer or willing to rent a trailer from us (choose from van, flatbed or step-deck).
  • Must be able to purchase your own tags (IRP).
  • Must have 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run.
  • No Local freight.
  • No SAP Drivers.
