Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an Appian Solution Architect to define and own the end-to-end Appian architecture. The role involves designing scalable BPM solutions, leading architecture reviews, and guiding teams on best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Define and own end-to-end Appian architecture including processes, data models, integrations, and security.
• Design scalable, resilient, high-performance BPM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture and design reviews ensuring Appian best practices compliance.
• Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and contribute to Appian CoE assets.
• Provide hands-on leadership in SAIL UI, process models, records, CDTs, and expression rules.
• Guide teams on low-code best practices, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/MQ), and AI/RPA.
• Design data strategy leveraging Appian Data Fabric and external databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Optimize performance across process execution, UI rendering, and database queries.
• Implement best practices like caching, indexing, asynchronous processing, and scaling.
• Define and enforce security including RBAC, data protection, and compliance (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, manage environments, and automate testing and deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams while translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Deliver architecture blueprints, reusable components, integration strategies, and optimization/governance reports.
