Looking for a results-driven business development manager with strong experience in onsite support services for mission-critical and AI data centers, with a proven track record of working with hyperscalers and large enterprise customers.

Key Requirements:
• 10+ years in Enterprise B2B Sales / Business Development
• Strong experience selling Data Center Onsite Support Services
• AI Smart Hands | Structured Cabling | Rack Integration Services
• Mission-critical facility management services experience
• Proven success with AI / Hyperscale Data Center Programs
• Experience selling to major hyperscalers—Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, etc.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale AI Data Center requirements and ways of working
• Experience leading multi-partner pursuits & complex negotiations
• Strong Techno-Commercial Acumen with the ability to translate technical services into business value
• Proven business development | account growth | pipeline development experience
• Comfortable engaging C-Level Executives, OEM Leaders & Global Partners
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable in a high-travel, customer-facing, autonomous role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business for AI Data Center Onsite Support Services across the USA.
• Build and expand relationships with Hyperscalers, OEMs, strategic partners, and enterprise customers.
• Identify and develop strategic opportunities within the growing AI Data Center market.
• Lead complex sales pursuits from opportunity development through contract closure.
• Develop sales strategies, pipelines, proposals, and commercial solutions.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to create compelling customer solutions.
• Manage senior-level customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
