The Laborer ensures that job sites remain safe, organized, and efficient, directly impacting project timelines and quality. This position requires adaptability to different environments and tasks, often working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ultimately, the Laborer plays a critical role in the foundational work that enables construction and maintenance projects to progress smoothly and meet organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and willingness to follow safety protocols.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Valid work authorization to be employed in the United States.
