Location
• Yorktown, TX.
Work Environment
• 100% field-based position.
• No remote or hybrid work available.
• No travel required.
• No offshore work required.
• Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off.
• Typical hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize work identified through morning dispatch reviews and SCADA alarms.
• Arrive on site and ensure pad access safety requirements are met.
• Place cone at pad entrance upon arrival.
• Create Work Management tickets for site entry checklists and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Perform assigned work activities safely and efficiently.
• Update well and pad deferment codes with comments.
• Close Work Management tickets or forward them to impacted groups.
• Complete independent JSAs for Automation, Maintenance, and Cooler work unless performed by a contractor crew.
• Review and validate crew JSAs when contractor crews perform work.
• Communicate handover requirements to OSC personnel for night operators.
• Collect facility run tickets every three days and deliver to the field office for production validation activities.
• Maintain housekeeping standards including trash removal, well signage verification, handover quality, and work order creation.
