Conifer Park is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Clinic team in Liverpool, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
As an Outpatient RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work closely with medical providers, counselors, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.

Schedule Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, plus rotating Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nursing assessments and evaluate patients presenting for medication dispensing.
  • Collaborate with medical providers regarding patient assessments, treatment recommendations, and medication orders.
  • Coordinate the nursing and medical needs of patients participating in the Medication Assisted Treatment Program (MAT).
  • Prepare and dispense Methadone and Suboxone in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards.
  • Complete medical screening assessments and identify the need for referrals to primary care providers or other healthcare services.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
  • Manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, monitoring, and reconciliation of Methadone and Suboxone supplies.
  • Ensure all required reports and documentation are completed and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient care and recovery.

Sign-On Bonus Details
  • $8,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on 40 hours and prorated based on scheduled hours):
  • $2,000 upon successful completion of orientation
  • $2,000 after six (6) months of continuous employment
  • $4,000 after one (1) year of continuous employment

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in acute care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or in a behavioral health setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
