Job Description
 
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, staging materials for production, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient material flow while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has inventory experience, forklift certification, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Receive, identify, label, organize, and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. 
  • Pull and verify materials for production orders and maintain in-process inventory. 
  • Prepare finished products for shipment by packing, crating, loading, and securing materials. 
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and safely operate material handling equipment. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of inventory management or warehouse experience. 
  • Current OSHA forklift certification required. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track inventory and shipments. 
  • Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
