As a Material Handler, you’ll help ensure materials move efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and organization.

What You’ll Do- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move and organize materials safely
- Manage inventory using FIFO (first-in, first-out) practices to maintain product quality
- Use RF scanners and systems like SAP/Mapics to track orders and shipments accurately
- Pick, verify, and prepare orders while ensuring accuracy of items, quantities, and lot numbers
- Build and wrap pallets to ensure products are secure and shipment-ready
- Load trailers following established procedures to ensure on-time, accurate delivery
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and support resolution efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse aligned with GMP and safety standards
- Support multiple warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
What You Bring- Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) and a strong safety mindset
- 6–12 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to read and follow shipping documents and picklists
- Comfort using RF scanners, computers, and basic software tools (Excel, email, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in food manufacturing or GMP environments
- Familiarity with SAP, Mapics, or similar systems
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
