They specialize in delivering high‑quality, custom O&P solutions for patients of all ages, with a significant focus on serving pediatric clients and helping young patients achieve mobility, independence, and confidence through innovative care.

Key Responsibilities

As a CO or CPO, you will:

  • Evaluate patients’ orthotic and prosthetic needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
  • Design, fit, and adjust custom prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices for both pediatric and adult patients.
  • Provide ongoing follow‑up care and make clinical adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on device use, care, and expectations for growth/changes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with evolving technologies and best practices in O&P.

Qualifications

  • Certified in Orthotics OR certified as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient‑focused care, particularly for pediatric populations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence.
