Job description

Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a well-established consulting engineering firm, is seeking a talented CAD Drafter to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings that support innovative engineering solutions.
Hours are 8:00am5:00pm, and pay is $20$25 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and revise detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and related drafting software
Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and project documents to produce precise, professional drawings
Work closely with engineers and designers to create construction plans, layouts, and other project documentation
Ensure all drawings meet company drafting standards and comply with industry codes and regulations
Update and adjust drawings based on project feedback, design changes, or evolving requirements
Maintain accurate digital records and organized documentation for all drafting projects
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, SolidWorks, or other CAD tools is a strong advantage
Associate degree, technical certificate, or relevant training in drafting or engineering technology
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural blueprints and specifications
