Job description

Placement Type:
Temporary
Salary:
$21-23.72 Hourly
up to $23.72/hour
Start Date:
Aug 24, 2026
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to take end-to-end ownership of our Gift-With-Purchase (GWP), seasonal sets, containers, and promotional collateral across Beauty and Fragrance categories.
In this pivotal role, you will be the central operational engine linking Marketing, Global Teams, Supply Chain, Creative, and Sales. You will turn campaign concepts into physical reality on time, overseeing everything from initial brief and code creation to kitting, allocations, stock tracking, and digital asset alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Program Ownership
  • Project Briefing & Execution: Own local and global GWP, container, and set initiatives from briefing to final delivery across Beauty & Fragrance.
  • Global & Local Alignment: Lead briefs with global partners to ensure alignment with U.S. volume needs; partner with local assembly and kitting teams for promotional execution.
  • Strategy & Code Creation: Partner with Marketing on set mix strategy and pre-book dimensioning; manage code creation across all sets, GWPs, and containers.
2. Timeline, Tracking & Milestone Management
  • Master Tracker Ownership: Build, update, and maintain the master tracker for all GWPs, sets, wrapping, and containers; lead bi-weekly stakeholder touchpoints.
  • On-Time Delivery: Monitor Market Available Dates (MAD) and Planned Availability Dates (PAD), proactively flagging risks and resolving timeline bottlenecks.
  • Documentation & Asset Prep: Maintain order forms, project documentation, and create visual presentation materials (set paniers/slides) for key alignment meetings.
3. Allocations, Logistics & E-Commerce
  • Distribution & Allocations: Partner with Sales Development and Omnichannel (O+O) teams on accurate retailer splits, stock quantities, and order management.
  • Logistics Oversight: Manage all ordering, shipping, and logistics execution tied to promotional items, working alongside brand teams for shop-level needs.
  • Digital & Creative Execution: Partner with Creative to oversee Product Detail Page (PDP) copy, asset composition, and imagery creation for e-commerce listings.
4. Gifting Collateral & Stock Management
  • Inventory Control: Own stock management, allocation, and maintenance for all brand collateral, including shopping bags, gift boxes, seasonal promotional materials, PLV (point-of-sale display), and brand accessories.
Skills & Qualifications
We believe in skills-based hiring. If you have the operational discipline, tracking mindset, and cross-functional coordination skills listed below, we want to hear from you-regardless of non-traditional backgrounds.
Core Technical & Functional Skills
  • Project & Timeline Management: Proven ability to manage complex project trackers, track MAD/PAD dates, monitor code creation, and keep cross-functional teams accountable.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Literacy: Familiarity with inventory allocations, kitting/assembly workflows, code creation, and retail shipping timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Clear, assertive communication style capable of bridging Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Global Operations.
  • E-Commerce & Asset Operations: Understanding of PDP asset creation, digital imagery briefs, and promotional copy workflows.
Attributes for Success
  • Extreme attention to detail and process management.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying timeline risks before they impact launch dates.
  • Comfort managing multiple competing priorities across fast-moving consumer product categories.
