Job description

Delivery Driver Helper

The Delivery Driver Helper assists our Sherwin-Williams Delivery Service ("SWDS") drivers in making deliveries to Sherwin Williams's customers and stores located in a metropolitan area. This involves riding along with the driver in a truck/van to each delivery destination, helping to unload products at site locations, maintaining awareness of safety and security, and other duties as assigned. This position's typical work hours will be 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The typical workweek schedule and hours may vary depending on business volume and customer demands.

This position is a temporary 90-day assignment.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
