Job Description:
The Analyst, Long and Short Distance Transportation is responsible for tracking load movements across North America for Sleeper Teams, Carrier Direct, and DirectShip transportation networks.
He/She coordinates equipment repairs and schedules adjustments for drivers. The Network Operations Analyst creates contingency transportation plans to ensure service goals are met.
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of the UPS Air and Ground Networks and knowledge of SLIC numbers used by UPS to identify locations
  • Able to work under stressful situations while maintaining good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • No attendance concerns

  • Salary grade for internals: 10D
