We are a global leader in 100% human hair wigs, serving retail and wholesale customers in over 30 countries. As we continue to expand our digital commerce and livestream business, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Live Stream Operations Specialist to help drive the success of our TikTok LIVE business.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in livestream operations, social commerce, or digital marketing who enjoys analyzing performance, improving sales, and working closely with content creators.
Job Summary

The Live Stream Operations Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing daily livestream operations to maximize viewer engagement and sales performance. You will work closely with Live Stream Hosts, content creators, marketing, and management to improve livestream quality, increase conversion rates, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, understands social media and e-commerce trends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  •  Plan, coordinate, and execute daily livestream operations 
  •  Support and coach Live Stream Hosts before and during broadcasts 
  •  Monitor livestream performance, including GMV, viewer retention, conversion rate, engagement, and traffic sources 
  •  Analyze livestream data and identify opportunities to improve sales performance 
  •  Coordinate livestream schedules, promotional campaigns, and product launches 
  •  Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop livestream strategies 
  •  Troubleshoot operational issues during livestreams and ensure smooth execution 
  •  Monitor competitor livestreams and industry trends to identify best practices 
  •  Assist with training new Live Stream Operators and Hosts 
  •  Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management 
  •  Continuously recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and sales 
Qualifications
  •  Fluent in both Chinese and English (required) 
  •  1–3 years of experience in livestream operations, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields 
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance metrics 
  •  Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Experience with TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, or other social commerce platforms is preferred 
  •  Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability 
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
