Job description

Lab TechnicianKey Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical and sensory testing on in‐process and finished products.
  • Accurately record, interpret, and enter test results in LIMS and required documentation.
  • Follow SOPs, GMP, GLP, and HACCP requirements at all times.
  • Identify data discrepancies and promptly escalate results outside specifications.
  • Receive, label, store, retain, and manage samples according to procedures.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and document laboratory equipment performance.
  • Safely handle chemicals, fluids, and compressed gases per SDS and safety policies.
  • Verify methods, standards, instruments, and participate in proficiency testing as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection‐ready laboratory environment.
  • Train team members on laboratory procedures and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and provide QC coverage as needed.
  • Monitor testing supply inventory and request reorders when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Laboratory experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, and laboratory SOPs.
  • Proficiency with computers and LIMS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast‐paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
