Job description

Turn Ideas Into Precision Components

Step into a shop in Cerritos, CA where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge tech. For nearly 30 years, our team of roughly 100 has supported premier technology companies using a modern mix of mills, lathes, mill-turns, and grinders—and we’re continuing to upgrade with more state-of-the-art machines.

Along the way, you’ll translate drawings, models, and GD&T requirements into repeatable, reliable processes.

  • Blueprint/drawing/model literacy; GD&T application
  • Use of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Technical Focus

  • G-Code and M-Code
  • CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
Equipment Exposure

Compensation & Benefits

  • Company events and a supportive team culture

Here, your voice matters. You’ll help refine processes, adopt new tools quickly, and keep our precision promise to customers worldwide.

Position is located in an ITAR-regulated facility.

Expected pay in California: $30–$45 per hour, based on experience and aligned with applicable law.
