Summary of Work
As the Temporary Custodian, you will perform custodial services for all assigned areas at the Regional Training Institute and Fitness Facility located on the Camp Grafton Training Center in Devils Lake, ND. Duties include providing consistent custodial services while adhering to safety practices and procedures.
The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list.
The Temporary Custodian, assists the Custodial Supervisor in maintaining and restocking inventory supplies. You will perform cleaning of restrooms, hallways, classrooms, sweep, mop, scrub floors and other surfaces, vacuum and clean carpets and entrance mats, strip, seal and wax floors, wash windows etc.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required to work some weekends or additional hours, if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver's license is required; flexibility to work weekends as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Preference will be given to applicants with one year of custodial or facility maintenance experience. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation is required.
