Job Summary:

Supports creative concepting and execution that brings brand strategy to life across digital channels for RYOBI. The Digital Designer contributes to engaging, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, email, and social platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency and visual quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging and on-brand digital assets across web, mobile, email, and social platforms.
  • Execute design concepts aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines.
  • Apply a working understanding of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly designs.
  • Collaborate with digital designers, project managers, print designers, marketing, UX, and development teams to support and execute digital experiences and campaigns.
  • Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) to design, revise, and prepare assets for production.
  • Incorporate feedback through revisions and participate in team reviews.
  • Build, format, and QA marketing emails within an email marketing platform, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and alignment with brand and campaign goals.
  • Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices.
