They are looking for a passionate warehouse associate with experience in mechanical assembly. This role requires a combination of technical skills—such as mechanical knowledge and the use of hand and power tools—alongside soft skills like attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Strong technical skills include interpreting technical drawings, using measurement tools, and understanding assembly techniques, while important soft skills include teamwork and the ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping).
  • Assemble and disassemble components.
  • Receive, process, and label warehouse stock products (picking, unloading, storing).
  • Conduct inventory control, maintaining high-quality standards for audits.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
  • Record activities in inventory logs and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Operate and proactively maintain warehouse equipment.
  • Adhere to quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Technical Skills
  • Reading and Interpreting Documentation: Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly instructions, technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOM).
