Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting for General Labourers for various opportunities in the Moncton, NB area. These positions are ideal for reliable, physically fit individuals who are comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labour duties as assigned based on the needs of the job site.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe and organized work area.
  • Move, carry, and position materials weighing approximately 50–75 lbs on a consistent basis.
  • Assist tradespeople and other workers with various tasks as required.
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining work areas.
  • Safely handle materials and equipment while following workplace safety procedures.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous general labour or construction experience is considered an asset.
  • Construction site experience is considered an asset.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50–75 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, bending, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather and work conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
  • Must have required PPE, including CSA-approved steel-toed boots and a high-visibility safety vest.
  • Safety glasses, work gloves, and hard hat are considered assets and may be required depending on the assignment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be safety conscious and able to follow all site specific safety requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to different job sites, tasks, and working conditions.
