We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our bakery production team. This role is ideal for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time and maintain excellent attendance.
  • Follow all client, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
  • Report any out-of-spec findings to leads or supervisors.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Requisition and move materials as needed.
  • Operate production equipment such as case erectors, case packers, and case sealers.
  • Hand-pack bagged products and verify product and packaging integrity.
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Capable of working in temperature environments ranging from 30°F to 176°F (where applicable).
  • Ability to stand for up to 13 hours.
  • Comfortable with sustained physical activity, including:
