They may work in industries such as construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or warehousing. Temporary laborers typically perform duties like loading and unloading materials, cleaning job sites, assisting skilled workers, or operating basic equipment. Their employment usually ends when the project concludes or the temporary need is fulfilled. No prior experience is required, and you will receive hands-on training in all necessary skills.

Why Work Here?

You will join a small, family-oriented company that values its employees and invests in their growth. The organization offers pay raises, paid time off, and additional benefits, along with opportunities to advance beyond entry-level labor duties through on-the-job training. You can expect consistent hours, including a minimum of 40 hours per week in the winter to provide stability and reduce concerns about seasonal furloughs. The team-focused culture emphasizes taking care of people, providing a supportive environment where you can build a long-term career in construction.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role on active construction sites, working outdoors in all weather conditions. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work offered as needed.
