Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $16.50/hr.

Shift Schedules

Days | 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday (Week 1) / Sunday–Wednesday (Week 2)

Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned warehouse duties in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training guidelines.
  • Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming materials and products.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
  • Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipping or storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas, and warehouse aisles.
  • Accurately complete inventory transactions and report discrepancies to the team lead.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  • Follow all company safety policies, identify workplace hazards, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic communication skills to work effectively with team members.
  • Ability to quickly learn warehouse procedures and company systems.
  • Ability to read and understand basic numbers, labels, and written instructions.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
