◊ Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)◊ Facility: Kaiser Permanente – San Diego Medical Center, Otay Mesa, & Zion Medical Center MUST float between the 3 sites (not on the same day)◊ Total FTEs Needed: 1.0◊ EMR: Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)◊ Coverage Dates: ASAP - 3 months with option to extend◊ Weekly Schedule: MON-SUN -- either 4x10s (9p-7:30a) or will do 3x12's (7p-7:30a) (includes 30-minute lunch) flexibility required◊ Must be independent and comfortable with health peds down to 1 years old and spinals◊ Call Schedule: No call◊ Type of Patients/Cases: No OB; focus on Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, Spinals, GYN (healthy pediatrics only)◊ Patients per Day/Volume: Dependent on scheduled cases◊ Support Staff: Full support staff available◊ Care Model: Care Team (CRNA under anesthesiologist supervision)◊ Miscellaneous: San Diego Medical Center (321 beds); Zion Medical Center (563 beds); each facility running 9 ORs, expanding to 10-12 to meet demand◊ Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days post-complete application
