Registered Nurse

12 hours shift!

Requirements:
  • You must hold a clear, active RN nurse license.
  • Nurse in the state of Florida or qualifying multi-state licensure.
  • Bilingual (preferred, but not required)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR)
  • Associates degree (minimum requirement)
RN Responsibilities

Nursing functions * Quality & safety * Charting & documentation * Resident & representative communication

  • Thorough RN to RN endorsement.
  • Ability to reconcile shift medications (i.e., narcotic medications).
  • Effectively conduct medication pass and document accordingly.
  • Accurately and timely electronic charting and documentation.
  • Completes all nursing multi-system assessments to include head to toe, vitals, dressing changes, applies protective skin barrier.
  • Uphold residents rights.
  • Communicate effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow staff.
  • Assess and evaluate residents plan of care to implement accordingly.
  • Promote error free working environment according to facility policies.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care.
