Job Title: Java Technical Lead
Location: Atlanta
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development and delivery of collateral management applications
  • Design and develop microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
  • Build and optimize APIs, workflows, and batch processing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide developers
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and production stability
  • Support cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Good knowledge of SQL and database design
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps
  • Understanding of workflow tools and messaging systems (Kafka/MQ)
  • Experience in high-volume data processing and distributed systems
  • Banking or financial domain experience
  • Exposure to collateral management or similar systems
