  • 8-10 years of Java experienceย 
  • 5 years JEE experience including JMSย 
  • 5 years' experience developing complex software applications (Server side/ Client Side)ย 
  • 2-3 years experience with developing reports using JasperReports and JasperReports Server, Boss (JBoss Messaging, JBoss Cache, JMX, HornetQ )ย 
  • Ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of business and IT professionals.ย 
  • Must have strong hands on development experience building high quality large scale software solutions.ย 
  • A demonstrated commitment to software engineering best practices required.ย 
  • Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in written language.ย
