• Promote Agile maturity, servant leadership, team ownership, accountability, and outcome-focused delivery.
• Support scaled Agile practices where needed across multiple teams or dependent workstreams.
Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting software or product engineering teams.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking, backlog management, reporting, documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Strong experience with backlog grooming/refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint goals, release planning, dependency tracking, and risk management.
• Ability to manage delivery KPIs such as velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, blockers, defects, and release readiness.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with the ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred:

• Experience working with teams across hardware, firmware, cloud, mobile apps, QA, and product management.
• Exposure to device-related delivery areas such as telemetry, OTA updates, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, sensors, edge devices, lab testing, field testing, or device integration testing.
• Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
