Position Responsibilities
  • Student Inquiry & Enrollment Support
  • Respond to prospective student inquiries through phone calls, email, and other communication platforms
  • Provide timely, professional, and customer-friendly support regarding academic programs, admissions processes, and general college information
  • Assist with managing inquiry tracking and follow-up communications
  • Support enrollment and outreach initiatives for BSN, Allied Health, and certificate programs
  • Maintain accurate records and organized communication logs
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks related to admissions and student services
  • Help coordinate communication between prospective students and college departments
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-up to student inquiries and requests
Qualifications
