Position Overview
The QA Analyst Intern supports the software quality assurance process by assisting with manual testing, documentation, and defect validation. This role is designed for students or early-career candidates who want hands-on experience in software testing while learning industry best practices.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
  • Execute manual test cases under guidance from senior QA or engineering staff
  • Assist in validating new features, bug fixes, and integrations
  • Identify, document, and retest software defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Help maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases
  • Participate in UAT and regression testing activities
  • Validate basic data accuracy through UI checks or simple queries
  • Learn and follow established QA processes and standards
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts during testing cycles

Qualification Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
