THE JOB:

The Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, identify, and resolve network problems related to endpoint devices, and provide on-site maintenance and support for new and existing systems. They will offer advanced support by resolving ServiceNow tickets, refining processes, and creating or updating documentation. This role includes field support at assigned property for system hardware, software, PCs, and IP networking. Additionally, the Senior Engineer will support projects and events, ensuring smooth technology operations.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Support, troubleshoot & deployment of end user devices, network, WiFi, mobile devices, and applications. Assist Property Technology Engineers with escalated incidents and request they are unable to handle independently. Perform patching and cross-connects, conduct network troubleshooting, assist with network hardware setup and maintenance, and collaborate to ensure network reliability. Provide planning services for events and temporary technology setups that include site surveys, defining requirements and collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to plan and deploy necessary hardware and software to facilitate these events. Ensure and enforce asset management practices to ensure effective use of technology resources. Oversee hardware procurement, delivery, preparations, and distribution of hardware to employees. Resolve any issues or delays and ensure that hardware is deployed to employees in a timely manner. Investigate technology issues and ensure an overall smooth user experience. Actively participate in Major Incident and Problem Investigations to triage, gather data, provide hands on support, and communicate information to business & COE stakeholders of real time developments during service disruptions and/or high-risk problems that may impact your property. Support various projects assigned by leadership contributing expertise/guidance for successful outcomes. May assume project leadership role as necessary. Provide discovery, site survey, and implementation services for assigned projects. Review employee feedback and plan on continuous improvement plans based on employee feedback received through surveys, feedback forms, and questionnaires provided to our customers by Property Technology Operations Engineers and Service Desk team members.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has 3+ Years of prior relevant experience in cross domain Information technology experience, including endpoint, server, network & WiFi, mobile device, and application support. Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Preferred
