We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of meaningful customer experiences across our mobile and digital platforms. You will own the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring our iOS and Android apps are not only visually stunning but rooted in user research and systems-based thinking. This role requires a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, as you'll be partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to ship world-class products.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Design: Lead product discovery and design thinking sessions to solve complex problems through elegant user flows and interaction design.
Systems Architecture: Evolve and implement our design system across multiple platforms, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.
Collaborative Leadership: Act as a bridge between internal teams and external agencies, managing high-quality handoffs and keeping cross-functional partners aligned.
Quality Advocacy: Hold the team accountable for design excellence while articulating design decisions clearly and without bias to stakeholders.
Mobile-First Innovation: Design and iterate on consumer-facing mobile experiences, leveraging industry best practices for both iOS and Android.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have 3-5+ years in product or UX/UI design with a portfolio that proves your ability to think in systems, not just screens.
Mobile Expert: You have a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing apps and a deep understanding of platform-specific design patterns.
Collaborative & Proactive: You thrive in cross-functional environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities with a strong work ethic.
Strategic Thinker: You integrate UX research into your process and use a systems-thinking mindset to build for the long term.
Effective Communicator: You are a master at presenting your work and can inspire teams to meet high quality standards.
