We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Inspector to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of precision, safety, and performance. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining quality across incoming materials and production output—helping drive excellence from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

As a Quality Inspector, you will:

  • Inspect & Approve Materials: Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify incoming materials and production outputs meet specifications.
  • Use Precision Tools: Work with calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other equipment to ensure exact measurements and tolerances.
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI): Validate new or updated parts and processes before full-scale production.
  • Identify & Manage Non-Conformances: Segregate, document, and support disposition of defective materials to prevent production issues.
  • Drive Quality Improvements: Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to continuously improve processes and product reliability.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record inspection results, calibration data, and quality metrics clearly and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain standards.
  • Support Equipment & Calibration: Ensure inspection tools remain accurate and compliant with calibration requirements.

What You Bring:Core Qualifications
  • Experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and 2D/3D models
  • Hands-on experience with First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Familiarity with CMM equipment or similar technologies
  • Solid math and measurement skills (tolerances, counts, dimensions)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Ability to identify and escalate non-conformities effectively
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:
  • Experience retrieving drawings/specs from electronic systems
  • Knowledge of shipping practices and export control requirements
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes in manufacturing
