Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

Looking for full-time but will also take 2 weeks per month ongoing

Specialty: Electrophysiology MD

Start Date: CURRENT

Contract Length: ONGOING

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm; no call required

Work Details:

•Support Staff: 1 assigned clinical team out-patient; 1 assigned APP in-patient

•Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: up to 40 hours per week once per month and as needed for vacation coverage

•Patients per day: 16 OUT-PATIENT; 10-15 IN-PATIENT

•Patient Population/Age: 18-100

•Department Description: Electrophysiology

•EMR: EPIC

•Hospital Bed size: 270

•Electrophysiology: Pacemaker Implant; ICD implant (traditional and sub-Q); Loop recorder implant and/or explant; Ablations: AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER

•Skills Required: Cardiology/Electrophysiology

Practice Setting: (select as many as needed)

•Academic/Training: Yes

•Clinic/Private Practice: Yes

•Hospital: Yes

Requirements:

•Board Certification: BC or BE

•License Required: active PA or IML CLOQ required to submit

•DEA: Yes

•Certifications Required: ACLS/BLS

•Minimum Experience Required:

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps available with clean file

2 hours gratis for 24 hour call

Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required
